 What are the ethical implications of developing autonomous weapons systems?

There is also the moral dilemma of delegating life-and-death decisions to machines. Additionally, the potential for resource extraction from celestial bodies introduces new dimensions to international law and cooperation.



 Should countries collaborate on developing new technologies, or is competition more beneficial?
