 Unlike Russia and Israel, North Korea only provokes because it does not have a nuclear weapon in South Korea. North Korea gains something by demonstrating its nuclear weapons like a bank robber. That is why I think it can be maintained even if the country is poor. However, if South Korea has nuclear weapons, there is a possibility that it will turn into a corner that it can no longer obtain and cause war. Also, if South Korea makes nuclear weapons, there is a possibility that neighboring countries, Japan, will also make nuclear weapons for defense purposes
