Li Haochang’s classroom problems(How do we shape our behavior because of others?)
When we look at our behaviors, we often see that they are influenced by many influences from the external environment and other people. First of all, society is like a big stage with a set of behavioral norms. In order to find a place in this society, we may actively adjust our behavior to conform to social expectations in the hope of being recognized and accepted.
Family is the first place where we socialize as we grow up. Our parents’ expectations and family values quietly shape our personalities and behavior patterns when we are young. This early influence often remains at work into our adulthood, influencing the way we relate to others.
Friends and colleagues are also shapers of our behavioral patterns. In order to understand each other and get along well with those around us, we may adjust ourselves in some ways to fit the group's expectations. This adjustment may be due to social needs or to maintain friendships or professional relationships.
Cultural background is another decisive factor. Different cultures have different values and codes of conduct. We often learn to adapt and express ourselves within the context of this culture.
Social media, role models and leaders are also constantly influencing us. Social media trends and trends, as well as the successful people around us, may subtly influence our values and behavioral choices. In this complex social network, it is particularly important to maintain a clear understanding of your own values. We need to find a balance between maintaining authenticity and self-identity while being aware of external influences. Only in this way can we better shape positive behaviors and play a more active role in society.
