Huang Lingxuan’s classroom problems(How do we shape our behavior because of others?)

The influence of others on us plays an extremely important role in shaping our behavior and personality. From the moment we step into this world, we are in a social environment filled with the presence of others. In the process of growth, we constantly receive various influences and information from family, friends, teachers, colleagues, and other members of society. These influences can be directly transmitted through words and deeds, or through feedback and observation obtained through social interaction. By observing the behavior of others, imitating their practices, and learning their values and attitudes, we gradually establish our own behavioral patterns and personal traits.

In our social environment, the praise, criticism, support, or pressure we receive directly affects our behavioral choices and ways of expression. Especially in our interactions with family, friends, and colleagues, we are often influenced by their expectations and social norms, thus adjusting our behavior to meet the expectations of the group. The need for group identity drives us to strive to integrate into the group in order to gain a sense of identity and social acceptance.

In addition, the role models and leaders around us also have a significant impact on our behavior. When we respect and admire someone, we often try to imitate their behavior, values, and style in order to achieve our own goals or please others.

Overall, our behavior is often a product of social interaction and personal growth, influenced by a combination of feedback from others, social expectations, and emotional connections.
